We offer a free initial meeting to discuss which service best suits their needs, some clients want us to do everything which in turn frees them up to concentrate on their company, while some clients prefer to outsource only their year ends. Whatever you need we can tailor a package to suit all requirements.
Limited Company Year-End Accounts
Year-end Accounts start from £675 per annum and increase depending on the complexity of your needs and the condition of the records, for an accurate price please book in a chat.
Self-Assessment
We have a fixed fee for our self-employed tax returns. Self Assessments starting from £275 and Self Assessment (without bookkeeping prepared or with two income streams) starting from £300. You can provide the information either via a google drive link or by uploading it to your secure client portal in Accountancy Manager making the process as stress-free as possible.
Bookkeeping & Software
Bookkeeping is available as part of our monthly fee packages which start from £85 a month for self-employed businesses and £200 a month for limited companies. We use Xero exclusively for bookkeeping which is fully cloud-based and does not require any installation, back-ups, or maintenance so you can access your records from anywhere! It’s a secure and simple way to streamline your accounting across multiple devices – whether you’re at work, at home, or on the road, and with us keeping you up to date you always have access to an accurate snapshot of how you are performing.
Virtual Office Services
On companies house when you register a limited company your business address is available online, this means if you use your home address that’s available for all to see, when you use a registered office address your home address stays private.
We will also scan and email all post you receive so you have no worries about losing a letter anymore, we will also forward mail at an additional cost (set by royal mail) If we are your accountants this means any important mail from HMRC or Companies House reach us in time! Just send us an email to book and take advantage of this solution for only £75 per annum.
Vat Services
Whether you are a new or established business we can provide vat services using either traditional methods (spreadsheets/receipts) or cloud-based software with Xero. What's the process? We send you an initial email letting you know when the return is due and asking for your records, we complete the return triple checking it for accuracy! Then once we have received your approval to file we send it to HMRC. This service starts at £85 per return or is included in the full-service packages.

We take the stress out of payroll using Brightpay and include the connect add-on free of charge, this boasts an impressive client portal and an employee app where employees can view all payslips and documents as well as request leave, which once approved integrates directly into the payroll software. All GDPR requirements are ticked with this fabulous add-on. Our payroll services include all reporting, HMRC communication, and processing of starters/leavers for £35 per payroll run anything above 15 people an additional £2.50 per person.
