Nicola

Hi, I’m Nicola — the owner of Valorem Financial Accountants.

I know that for a lot of people, accounts, tax and all the admin that comes with running a business can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’ve always wanted Valorem to be a practice that feels different — professional, yes, but also personal, approachable and genuinely supportive.

What I do at the practice goes far beyond just filing returns or ticking boxes. I help clients with Self Assessments, bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, limited company accounts, company formations and confirmation statements, but more importantly, I help people feel clear on where they stand, understand what’s going on, and feel less stressed about it all.

One of the loveliest things about building Valorem has been hearing clients say that we make things feel simple, easy to understand and far less daunting. That people feel welcome here, looked after, and confident that they’re in safe hands.

That’s exactly what I want Valorem to be.

A place where people feel supported, never judged, and know they’ve got someone in their corner.

Laura

Laura is our second accountant here at Valorem Financial Accountants, and she plays such an important role within the practice.

She supports clients with Self Assessments, charity bookkeeping, Capital Gains Tax and VAT, providing professional, reliable guidance and helping make things feel that little bit less overwhelming.

Laura brings so much knowledge, care and support to both our clients and the team, and her approachable nature makes a real difference every day.


Lyndsay is our Office Coordinator and Payroll Assistant here at Valorem Financial Accountants, and honestly, we would be lost without her.
She helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supports the day-to-day organisation of the office, and assists with payroll to make sure clients are looked after properly.
Lyndsay brings such a calm, steady presence to the practice, and she is such an important part of the team. Whether it’s helping keep things organised, supporting clients, or being a reliable point of contact in the office, she does it all with professionalism and care.

Skye is our Admin Apprentice at Valorem Financial Accountants and a valued part of our team.

She helps cover the front desk, answers client queries, speaks with clients and supports the practice with day-to-day admin tasks.

Her role is a really important one, helping to keep everything organised and making sure our clients always feel welcomed when they get in touch or visit us.
